You'll also receive comprehensive training in Housing First principles and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI).Your Responsibilities:Housing Management and AdministrationImplement housing management and maintenance policies effectively.Ensure tenancy compliance, particularly regarding anti-social behavior.Represent Focus Ireland at RTB hearings as necessary.Rent CollectionMaximize rent collection with a focus on automated methods.Ensure consistency in rent and service charge updates.Proactively manage arrears with support from Services staff.Management of Void PropertiesMinimize voids and vacancies through transparent tracking.Collaborate with Services and Local Authorities for timely allocations.Support seamless handover processes from Development to Property Operations.Maintenance ManagementMaintain property standards and prepare annual maintenance plans.Enhance procurement efficiency and ensure value for money.Track and report on maintenance works and manage budgets effectively.Supervise contractors and staff to ensure high-quality repairs.Liaise with the ICM team regarding rent arrears and tenant inductions.Conduct property inspections and assist tenants with appliance use.Oversee housing health and safety measures (e.g., fire audits, boiler servicing).Maintain accurate records through our CRM system.Promptly report any health, safety, or welfare concerns.Your Qualifications:Extensive experience in property or housing management.Possession of a full clean driver's license and access to a vehicle.A motivated and energetic individual with a solutions-focused mindset.
