The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a seasoned EMEA Benefits Manager to lead and enhance our regional benefits initiatives. This role, based in Dublin and reporting to our US-based leadership team, will be pivotal in managing the implementation, daily operations, and regulatory compliance of Okta's Total Rewards programs throughout the EMEA region.
The perfect candidate will be a data-driven strategist with a robust business acumen, adept at transforming complex information into financial forecasts and actionable plans. You will be an execution-oriented leader, skilled at juggling multiple deadlines, fostering cross-functional relationships, and influencing stakeholders across a global, matrixed organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Regional Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for intricate regional programs, with a particular emphasis on pension governance, healthcare trusts, and employee councils across EMEA.
- Vendor Management: Oversee the complete vendor lifecycle for regional insurance providers, brokers, and third-party administrators. Lead comprehensive onboarding processes, manage contract negotiations, ensure compliance with security protocols, and conduct data privacy assessments, while maintaining accountability through Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Strategic Administration: Direct the comprehensive administration of health, retirement, and wellbeing programs. Ensure efficient data exchange between vendors, payroll, and internal HR systems to enhance administrative efficiency and data accuracy.
- Compliance and Benchmarking: Continuously monitor the EMEA regulatory framework and perform regular audits to guarantee strict adherence to local laws. Conduct regional market analysis to keep our offerings competitive.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with EMEA Payroll, People Operations (POPS), Finance, and Legal teams to ensure flawless program delivery.
