AECOM is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to enhance our dynamic team in Dublin. This pivotal leadership position involves overseeing complex projects within the infrastructure and aviation sectors.
The role demands a four-day on-site presence, with one day designated for remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide the project coordination, ensuring all interfaces are managed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain the Responsible / Accountable / Consulted / Informed (RACI) task tracker.
- Collaborate with technical teams to manage design consultants and external service providers effectively.
- Organize design review meetings and ensure design acceptance is communicated to the Contractor.
- Communicate design changes to impacted project team members and stakeholders.
- Provide monthly reports on project tasks, including construction activities during the construction phase.
- Manage the project risk register and update it during monthly progress meetings.
- Identify opportunities to enhance Project Management procedures and propose ideas to the relevant line manager.
- Implement performance management techniques.
- Oversee the change control process.
- Facilitate the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and written communication.
NEC Specific Activities
- Review and approve program submissions.
- Foster mutual trust and cooperation.
- Issue documents as mandated by the ECC and fulfill other contractual duties.
- Act as the Project Manager for the Contracting Entity’s contract, maintaining close communication with the Client to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Manage the compensation event process to ensure fair compensation for changes initiated by the Contracting Entity.
- Ensure timely notifications of compensation events by the Contractor to avoid disadvantages for the Contracting Entity.
- Assess payments at each interval of assessment.
