What you will do Review candidate profiles, resumes, and qualifications using the applicant tracking system. Collaborate with hiring managers across practice areas to understand staffing needs and selection criteria. Maintain timely, clear communication with candidates, offering feedback and support throughout the hiring process. Source candidates through job postings, social media, Boolean searches, referrals, recruitment events, campus outreach, networking, and other channels. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Rea Advisory’s culture and career opportunities internally and externally. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Build relationships with past applicants and prospective candidates to support ongoing recruitment. Manage partnerships with external organizations to broaden and diversify recruiting efforts. Assist with planning and organizing on-site job fairs, campus events, and networking activities at multiple locations. Coordinate logistics for campus recruiting, including scheduling, registrations, and engaging participants at career fairs and similar events. Prepare and manage recruiting materials, such as welcome kits and branded items. Ensure recruiting data is accurately documented and maintained in the applicant tracking system, following compliance guidelines. Participate in recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and ongoing support for interns. Support internship program logistics and engagement, including job shadowing and training sessions.
