Pure Storage is seeking a Technical Services Engineer Intern to join the team in Dublin, Ireland. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting customers and learning from experienced engineers in the data storage industry.
Role overview
As a Technical Services Engineer Intern, the focus will be on assisting global customer support operations. Interns will work alongside the Global Technical Services team and collaborate with the Customer Experience organization, including Technical Services, Professional Services, PEAK, Portfolio, and Customer Success.
What you will do
- Assist in resolving technical customer issues related to hardware, software, and environmental factors within the Everpure product suite.
- Manage and track customer issues in the CRM system, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Support storage upgrades and maintenance by preparing updates, validating pre-checks, and shadowing senior engineers during change windows.
- Help troubleshoot proactive alerts from customer storage arrays.
- Advocate for customer concerns and represent Pure Storage through clear, professional communication.
Learning and development
This is a hands-on learning role with structured opportunities for practice and regular feedback. Interns will gain exposure to the fundamentals of enterprise support, including case lifecycle management, severity and priority handling, and working in a 24/7 environment. There will also be opportunities to build knowledge of the Everpure product suite and its solutions.
