In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding a centralized analytics ecosystem that integrates data foundations, self-service reporting, and advanced analytics to facilitate informed decision-making across the Quality department.
As the Manager of Analytics, you will spearhead the creation and implementation of advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and data science methodologies aimed at proactively identifying trends, minimizing risks, and enhancing product quality, safety, and consumer satisfaction. - Driving automation and analytical innovation to enhance efficiency and scalability of insights
- Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for Quality, Safety, Design, and Product Development partners
- Building, mentoring, and nurturing a high-performing analytics team to achieve exceptional outcomes
