The Senior Manufacturing Manager plays a key role in the East Providence, RI facility. This leader oversees a multi-shift team focused on producing high-quality products while maintaining safety and efficiency. The position emphasizes collaboration and a mindset of continuous improvement across all operations. What you will do Direct all aspects of production in East Providence, ensuring teams achieve targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Lead operational improvements as the facility grows, introduces new products, and adopts advanced manufacturing processes. Promote a culture of collaboration and accountability across shifts and departments. Partner with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to advance continuous improvement efforts. Requirements Significant experience managing manufacturing teams, with demonstrated success in motivating staff and addressing operational challenges. Role overview The Press Operator - 1st Shift works within the Manufacturing team, running either HP or Konica Minolta presses. This position is responsible for maintaining print quality, following established production procedures, and performing routine maintenance on the equipment. Key responsibilities Operate HP or Konica Minolta presses to produce printed materials Monitor and maintain print quality throughout each job Perform routine maintenance on assigned presses Follow production processes with attention to detail Work with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks Location This position is based at MOO's East Providence, RI facility.
