About the job
Responsibilities:
Assume technical ownership of the customer’s global account.
Utilize expertise to orchestrate and lead the technical support that addresses the complex local and global catalyst requirements of customers.
Collaborate closely with the customer’s global technical organization as well as the internal global and regional Sales, Marketing, Application Engineering, and R&D teams.
Deliver technical and engineering expertise to support catalyst products, system technology designs, product demonstrations, and technology delivery.
Serve as the primary global technical liaison with OEM customers, providing comprehensive product and system engineering services and support.
Oversee critical technical programs, including supplier competitions, new technology introductions, and troubleshooting with limited R&D support.
Lead the demonstration of catalyst and system design concepts for OEM engine and vehicle programs, with backing from R&D and Engine laboratories.
Manage the technology release process for scaling up and validating technology for OEM product programs (DVPR, PPAP, etc.).
Work in tandem with sales and business teams to formulate key account strategies for OEMs.
