What You Will Do Prepare and grade installation areas to create a stable base for paving stone projects. Install paving stones according to project specifications and design layouts. Ensure precise alignment, spacing, and leveling for a quality finish. Mix and place base materials such as sand or concrete to support installations. Lay sod or seed and plant shrubs and trees as required. Operate small packers, shovel, and perform other heavy lifting tasks. Load and unload construction materials and move them to the worksite. Keep work areas clean and free of hazards by removing debris. Carry out maintenance tasks such as mowing, watering, and weeding. Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
