Counting and weighing items according to standard operating procedures to ensure shipment document accuracy. Labeling and storing items in designated warehouse locations in compliance with food safety and inventory protocols. Executing inventory movements both physically and digitally as necessary. Conducting regular inventory checks and cycle counts, updating records in the warehouse management system to maintain accuracy and minimize stock buildup. Implementing First In, First Out (FIFO) and First Expired, First Out (FEFO) methods for product storage and picking to ensure freshness and reduce waste. Working closely with the Production Management team to establish priorities, optimize material flow, and report any risks that may affect the production schedule, ensuring the Pick and Pack team has all necessary materials for efficient operation. Creating and issuing tickets for daily delivery discrepancies, ensuring clear communication with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
