As a Warehouse Associate I, you will implement best practices and procedures for receiving, picking, sorting, counting, and shipping products based on weekly sales orders, ensuring meticulous handling of all items. You will collaborate with the Warehouse Team Lead and/or Supervisor to maintain accuracy and efficiency while upholding HelloFresh’s safety and quality standards. Your Responsibilities Include: Upholding a safe and healthy work environment by following HelloFresh’s safety policies, donning personal protective equipment (PPE) as required, and reporting hazards to First Aid and Supervisors promptly. Adhering to food safety standards in the handling and storage of food items. Receiving and unloading incoming shipments of food products and supplies, confirming accuracy and quality against packing slips and invoices. Counting and weighing items according to standard operating procedures to ensure shipment document accuracy. Labeling and storing items in designated warehouse locations in compliance with food safety and inventory protocols. Executing inventory movements both physically and digitally as necessary. Conducting regular inventory checks and cycle counts, updating records in the warehouse management system to maintain accuracy and minimize stock buildup. Implementing First In, First Out (FIFO) and First Expired, First Out (FEFO) methods for product storage and picking to ensure freshness and reduce waste. Working closely with the Production Management team to establish priorities, optimize material flow, and report any risks that may affect the production schedule, ensuring the Pick and Pack team has all necessary materials for efficient operation. Creating and issuing tickets for daily delivery discrepancies, ensuring clear communication with relevant stakeholders for resolution. Identifying quality issues with incoming products and collaborating with teams to ensure only top-quality items are handled.
