You will create realistic and manageable project schedules that guide decision-making and execution.Key Responsibilities• Collaborate with technical project managers within the Project Management team on R&D and commercial projects.• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for development and engineering activities.• Translate technical inputs, dependencies, and uncertainties into realistic scenarios using Microsoft Project.• Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks and risks, and clarify the impact of decisions.• Provide structure and clarity in projects involving numerous internal and external stakeholders.• Challenge assumptions and address unrealistic plans, while being open to exploring better alternatives collaboratively.

You will be the crucial link between our office and the workshop, responsible for determining the optimal production methods and monitoring the cost of our products (ranging from single items to small series). You will define the workflow, necessary materials, production times, planning, and purchasing needs. Additionally, you will serve as the main contact for various key clients. We are looking for someone with several years of experience in a similar role and a solid understanding of machine construction.Your tasks are diverse and cannot be summarized succinctly; however, here are some key responsibilities:You will guide our products from the design phase to production and ultimately to the customer.You will analyze and interpret drawings, sketches, models, and specifications.You will determine the processing sequence based on working drawings.You will create orders and define purchasing needs.You will be a sparring partner for our engineers and colleagues in the workshop.You will support the complete order process for several customers.

Manufacturing Orders (MO) PlannerFull-time | 39 hours per weekBufab Flos is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Order (MO) Planner to ensure timely and complete availability of customer deliveries. As a key player in our supply chain, you will manage standard and custom orders based on forecasts, ensuring accuracy in tracking deviations in promised delivery dates and quantities. You will input this information into our ERP system, maintaining strong internal customer service and flexibility to effectively collaborate with Sales and Logistics departments. The MO Planner will provide timely communication and reporting to stakeholders, working closely with the MO Coordinator and being an integral part of our professional purchasing team.Key Responsibilities:Ensure the availability of the right materials and services on time, in the correct quantity, and under the right conditions to maintain optimal stock levels for customer deliveries;Monitor delivery conditions, driven by quality, and negotiate for optimal outcomes;Be responsible for the assigned item and supplier database;Track, communicate, and report on established KPIs, escalating and reporting any breaches beyond agreed limits;Process purchase orders and manufacturing orders (MO) in the ERP system;Strive for accurate results and evaluate possible alternatives;Maintain good relationships with suppliers;Coordinate with various departments to align internal processes, such as coordinating goods supply with Sales, Quality, and Logistics;Identify potential variations in timelines and objectives and implement corrective actions as needed.
