As a Golf Performance Coach, you will be integral in offering personalized coaching, assessments, and tailored programming that aligns with each client's unique goals. This role demands collaboration, a commitment to excellence, and a genuine enthusiasm for fostering clients’ growth in both golf and personal development.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess clients' backgrounds, objectives, and motivations.Craft and implement bespoke development programs based on thorough client assessments.Work in tandem with fellow golf and fitness coaches to optimize client progress.Deliver a premium client experience by consistently exceeding expectations and proactively addressing needs.Develop and uphold detailed Development Plans to boost clients' health, golfing skills, fitness, and mobility.Provide weekly performance updates to the Head Coach.Confidently conduct engaging tours and close sales with prospective clients.Handle administrative duties, including client follow-ups, team communications, and fitness plan development.Manage your schedule and bookings using MINDBODY software.Present a professional image and embody UGP’s mission, vision, and values.
