Together, we will transform the energy landscape because the world cannot afford to wait.Your Responsibilities:As the Production Scheduler for Capacitor Manufacturing, you will design and maintain production schedules that align with long-term company goals, engineering priorities, and the available resources throughout the production sector. You will ensure the seamless flow of materials and components across all production phases, from raw material delivery to final assembly testing, guaranteeing the production of Helion's fusion power plants. This is an on-site role that reports directly to our Production Manager at the Everett, WA office.Key Duties:Create and maintain comprehensive daily, weekly, and long-term production schedules for capacitor manufacturing.Facilitate cross-departmental communication regarding schedules and provide tracking tools to monitor progress towards schedule objectives.Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to develop project schedules for new configurations, processes, product lines, and demand forecasting.Work closely with Production Leaders, Buyers, Engineers, Inspectors, and Material Handlers to align production priorities and resource distribution.Develop tools for detailed scheduling and proactively identify production and supply chain risks.Track work order progress, assess schedule risks, and adjust plans to reduce downtime and bottlenecks.Ensure accuracy of ERP/MRP data, including managing MRP demand and establishing work order start and completion dates.
