Your collaboration with various business teams—including Manufacturing, Engineering, People Operations, and Science—will be critical in ensuring the effective delivery of technical projects within IS&T. Your responsibilities will include developing and enhancing program governance frameworks, optimizing IS&T operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to boost reliability and organizational efficiency. This role is based on-site at our Everett, WA office and reports directly to the Director of IS&T.Lead the execution of IS&T programs and portfolios, ensuring alignment with business priorities across multiple departments.Develop and refine TPM governance frameworks including standards, roadmaps, delivery methodologies, and decision-making rituals.Translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.Drive planning and implementation across digital platforms, infrastructure, and cloud modernization to enhance data integrity and operational efficiency.Manage budgets, resources, vendor evaluations, and compliance aspects to ensure transparency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.Enhance IT operations and service delivery through effective incident response, change control, release management, and readiness practices.
