Together, we will redefine the energy landscape, because the world cannot afford to wait.What You Will Be Doing:In this vital role, you will enhance Helion's internal communication strategies, taking charge of key storytelling initiatives and communication channels that ensure our expanding team remains aligned and motivated across all sites and shifts. You will collaborate closely with Production and Manufacturing leaders to highlight impactful stories, support team events, and craft announcements and updates. Each day will present new challenges, but your guiding principle will be to foster clarity and connection among our dedicated team of innovators. This position is onsite, reporting directly to the Internal Communications Lead at our Everett, WA office.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Designing, developing, and delivering recurring internal communications such as newsletters, team presentations, digital signage, and leadership announcements.Strategizing and facilitating high-priority internal campaigns and events, including critical topics at company-wide Town Halls.Partnering with Production and Manufacturing leaders to enhance team engagement and alignment through existing channels (e.g., Technician All Hands) and identifying new or improved methods to keep technicians connected across shifts.Overseeing intranet content and company wiki pages, collaborating with documentation owners and subject matter experts to ensure that published information remains the authoritative source.Working with IS&T and People Operations to optimize the company’s user groups (levels, teams, site locations) across communication platforms (distribution lists, Slack) to ensure appropriate messaging reaches the right audiences.
