KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Certified Personal Trainer will deliver personalized fitness instruction to clients in their homes, apartment gyms, or outdoor spaces, motivating them to achieve their fitness objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Tailoring workout programs based on Initial Assessments.
- Using the Svetness Fitness App for each session, including programming and session notes.
- Demonstrating exercises and ensuring correct execution, with or without modifications.
- Conducting client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks.
- Managing client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software.
- Providing a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
- Commuting to client sessions, with a travel distance of up to 45 minutes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Certified Personal Trainer: Must hold a certification accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
- CPR/AED certification is required.
