Join our dynamic team at Radionix, LLC as a Controller in Fairport, NY! We are looking for a meticulous and driven individual to manage our financial operations. This pivotal role encompasses monthly financial reporting, year-end closings, accounts receivable and payable management, and treasury functions, all in collaboration with our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner. You will also play a vital role in facilitating tax and accounting audits and work closely with both local and international teams to ensure precise and compliant financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:Oversee standard accounting procedures, including:Preparing journal entries.Generating reconciliations for general ledger accounts and promptly resolving discrepancies.Recording, researching, and reconciling intercompany transactions.Conducting variance analyses to uphold the accuracy of financial statements.Assisting in the preparation of month-end and year-end reporting packages.Performing additional tasks to support the closing process as necessary.Collaborate with the BPO partner to guarantee the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions.Assist in tax and accounting audits.Work with local and international teams to maintain consistency and accuracy in financial reporting across various regions.Partner with the international Treasury department to effectively manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk.Support the establishment and maintenance of internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with regulatory requirements.Engage with other departments to facilitate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Stay informed about accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance with relevant laws.Participate in the ongoing enhancement of accounting processes and systems.
