Candidates should be detail-oriented, proficient in contemporary surveying technology, and dedicated to delivering exemplary results that enhance engineering and development initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Conduct and manage land surveying services across various civil engineering projects.Lead and supervise field crews, ensuring accurate and efficient data collection.Prepare and review plats, legal descriptions, and survey drawings, adhering to state and local regulations.Perform boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS land title, right-of-way, and construction staking surveys.Interpret construction plans and engineering documents to direct survey operations.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify project requirements and deliverables.Ensure compliance with professional standards and relevant laws.Review and certify final survey documents with PLS stamp and signature.
