Our Traffic/Technology Team is leading the way in creating cutting-edge solutions for traffic management, signal systems, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). With a strong history of success, we focus on optimizing traffic operations, ensuring safety, and improving pedestrian flows in urban areas.As a Licensed Traffic Engineer within our Traffic/Technology team, you will spearhead traffic impact studies for data center developments, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal transportation regulations. This client-facing position requires direct interaction with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to provide exceptional solutions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing roadway networks, intersections, and access points to evaluate impacts and recommend mitigation strategies.Your Responsibilities:Conduct traffic impact analyses for data center developments, covering trip generation, traffic modeling, and capacity assessments.Draft technical reports for permitting, development approvals, and transportation planning.Design and assess roadway enhancements, intersection configurations, and access management utilizing tools such as Synchro, SimTraffic, HCS, and VISSIM.Collaborate with civil engineers, transportation planners, clients, and regulatory agencies to formulate traffic mitigation strategies.
