This position focuses on welcoming guests, assisting with check-in, and arranging transportation when needed. The Service Concierge also takes on light automotive duties and supports the team in creating a seamless guest experience. Main responsibilities Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the service department. Support the service team with administrative tasks. Process and close repair orders, handle cashier duties, verify payments, issue receipts, and provide customers with necessary paperwork. Engage with customers and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Address customer concerns and help maintain strong client relationships. Perform light automotive tasks such as adjusting tire pressure, topping off fluids, replacing light bulbs, and installing license plates.
