This position is focused on enhancing infrastructure within our Michigan offices. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and have between five to ten years of experience in high voltage substation design, covering distribution, sub-transmission, and transmission level voltage classes. Proficiency in Bentley ProjectWise, Microsoft Office Suite, and Bluebeam Revu PDF Editor is necessary, while familiarity with STAAD, MathCAD, LPILE, RISA, or similar engineering software is preferred. Occasional travel will be part of this role. A Professional Engineering License is a plus. The candidate should be self-driven, possess strong interpersonal skills, and exhibit excellent writing, organizational, and communication abilities.
