We are seeking a passionate and skilled Team Lead for our Member and Provider Services team at Oscar Health. As a leader in this innovative organization, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the experience of both our members and providers.

About the Role:
In this role, you will become an expert in team workflows and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure our support staff meets their objectives. You will provide coaching and leadership and collaborate with other departments to enhance operational efficiencies.
You will report directly to the Manager of Member and Provider Services.

Pay Transparency: The annual base salary for this role ranges from $55,890 to $73,355. Employees are also entitled to benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.
Schedule: This position follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Eastern Time), with rotating shifts shared among Operations Team Leaders. Team members may work opening shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or closing shifts from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Eastern Time), with an expected frequency of approximately 3–5 shifts per month. Leaders are also expected to provide occasional weekend support during peak times such as Open Enrollment.
