Team Lead Mission Trainer

Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training materials to support intelligence objectives, tradecraft, and standards.Create engaging lesson plans, presentations, and curricula that align with educational goals, ensuring materials are consistently updated within the designated educational systems (e.g., AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC)).Conduct thorough reviews of emerging policy and doctrine publications, providing insightful feedback and evaluating their integration into training products.Establish and maintain accurate training records and tracking systems as required by the Government.

Facilitates the secure transfer of accurately labeled intelligence products across different security domains.Oversees the distribution of intelligence products to authorized personnel, organizations, and sites, ensuring proper clearance and access verification.Documents potential security incidents and maintains site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with relevant policies and guidance.Guarantees the prompt, precise, and thorough creation and revision of intelligence product metadata, aligning with Government-approved standards.Utilizes government-designated tools for generating and updating product metadata, including the Document Dissemination Tool (DDT), Create Organize Retrieve and Evaluate (CORE) tool, DIA Product Control Numbering Database (PCN DB), and MS Office Suite.Conducts cross-domain dissemination of intelligence products on authorized networks and registers these products into approved intelligence repositories.
