Qualifications: High school diploma or GED is required. 2-3 years of experience in receiving, inspection, or a related manufacturing role. Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Ability to read and interpret packing slips, basic blueprints, and specifications. Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills. Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, PDFs); experience with ERP systems is a plus. Strong communication skills and a collaborative team attitude. Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and performing visual assessments (color, depth, clarity).
