As we continue to expand, we want you to grow alongside us.Your Role as a Water Resources Engineer:Contribute to diverse water resources engineering projects, engaging in the proposal, planning, and execution phases for both engineering studies and construction initiatives.Lead the development of conceptual, preliminary, and final construction design drawings for water control structures, regional flood mitigation projects, and water quality enhancement initiatives.Gain expertise in stormwater analysis and design through hands-on experience, including the preparation of stormwater management plans that involve hydraulic and hydrologic modeling analyses, hydrogeology, climate data assessments, floodplain mapping, and environmental compliance.Carry out technical reviews and provide sealing for engineering design drawings as required.Utilize stormwater management modeling tools such as HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and StormWise/ICPR4.Oversee all phases of water resources projects from pre-construction to post-construction, ensuring effective coordination of fieldwork.Review reports and designs produced by internal water resources staff to ensure quality and compliance.Engage with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and secure necessary approvals.Manage project schedules and financial aspects, ensuring timely delivery of client needs and project objectives.Supervise CAD designers and project coordinators as necessary.
