The Role
A Customer Success Director will manage relationships with our most important and strategic clients, guiding them as they utilize Cision's and Brandwatch's product suite to make critical decisions within their organizations.
The Customer Success team's mission is to cultivate a profound understanding of our clients' businesses, assist them in overcoming strategic obstacles, ensure the full adoption of our technology and services, and uncover opportunities to illustrate the impact our solutions have on their operations.
