Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will possess:Over 7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a similar customer-focused role. A strong advocacy mindset, acting as an extension of our customers' teams within MongoDB. A technical aptitude with a curiosity to learn about MongoDB and database technologies. The capability to work autonomously, taking full ownership of your customer portfolio and making key decisions that drive successful customer outcomes. An entrepreneurial spirit, able to innovate and establish new processes to effectively serve our customer segment. A collaborative nature, working closely with Sales, Professional Services, Tech Services, and the wider MongoDB ecosystem. Experience with database, cloud, and infrastructure technologies is a plus. Fluency in German.
