Role Overview: Client Support Representative – Revenue Cycle Management
This position is based in Franklin, TN.
The Client Support Representative supports the Client Support team by handling key tasks that keep EnableComp’s revenue cycle operations running smoothly. The main focus is on retrieving and processing medical documentation, assisting with inventory reconciliation, and resolving prebill work queue items.
What You Will Do
- Retrieve and process medical documentation as part of daily workflow.
- Assist with compiling inventory reconciliation.
- Address issues in prebill work queues to support accurate and timely claims processing.
- Work closely with the Client Delivery team to share operational updates and escalate client-related concerns as needed.
This role does not involve direct communication with clients; all client interactions are managed through the Client Delivery team.
