Position Overview
The Vice President of Client Success (VP) will play a pivotal role in fostering robust, long-lasting relationships within the EnableComp client portfolio, in collaboration with internal operations and sales leadership. The VP will engage with clients at the executive level, acting as a trusted partner to understand and relay expectations to internal teams, aiming to enhance market share through exceptional service delivery. Through consistent communication, the VP will ensure the highest standards of client service and the successful implementation of our products and services at each client site.
