Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support and Maintenance:
- Provide prompt and effective resolution of technical issues in regional offices, addressing hardware, software, network, audio-visual, and general system challenges.
- Assist with on-site installations, maintenance, and upgrades of technical infrastructure and equipment.
- Proactively monitor support operations to identify areas for improvement and spearhead the implementation of enhancements.
Project Management:
- Support technical projects, including office relocations, infrastructure upgrades, and new technology rollouts.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure technical support aligns with overall business goals.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget, meeting quality standards.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as the liaison between regional offices and the broader Tech organization, working closely with the Org Change Management team to facilitate seamless communication and coordination of tech initiatives.
- Regularly update management on ongoing technical challenges, project progress, and opportunities to enhance the technical experience for associates.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and trends in field engineering.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and the implementation of innovative technologies to improve service delivery and associate satisfaction.
