The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in assay development, immunoassays, molecular biology, biochemistry, and data analysis, coupled with a strong desire to translate innovative technologies into reliable products. This role demands close collaboration with teams in product development, bioinformatics, manufacturing, and software. Given the dynamic nature of our work, candidates must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks independently while adapting to changing priorities and schedules.
