As a Cook, you will expertly follow recipes and production sheets, while communicating any necessary adjustments to your Manager or Supervisor. Your attention to detail will be essential in preparing pan garnishes for our front-of-house operations and setting up steam tables promptly to ensure an efficient service.
In this role, you will monitor and maintain food temperatures to guarantee that all hot entrees, starches, and vegetables are served at the optimal temperature of at least 165 degrees. You will also ensure that all food wells are covered until serving time, contributing to our commitment to food safety and quality.
