In the past three years, Magnus Monitors has expanded rapidly, partnering with major organizations to broaden its reach across the UK and Europe. As the team continues to grow, the company is looking for a Business Development Sales Manager based in Galway to help drive its next phase of expansion in the UK market. Role overview This role works closely with the COO and senior management to grow the market presence of MAGNUS Smart Tank Telemetry solutions in the UK. The focus is on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s UK expansion plans. What you will do Lead business development in new UK markets, emphasizing the creation of strong Channel Partnerships. Own sales targets and revenue objectives to help expand the UK footprint. Develop and implement strategic sales plans for key sectors. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while nurturing long-term client relationships. Work with cross-functional teams to align market strategies with company objectives. Identify and pursue opportunities in sectors where level monitoring is essential, including tank manufacturing, fuel distribution, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and water treatment. Collaborate with Channel Partners on annual business plans and monitor quarterly performance. Maintain an up-to-date sales forecast pipeline and participate in regular sales operations meetings. Represent Magnus Monitors at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen the brand and expand the network. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes to inform strategic planning. Work with senior management to refine sales strategies in line with product and solution offerings.
