In this role, you will engage in a variety of soldering tasks, including surface mount, plated through-hole, and hand soldering, alongside performing inspections on PCBs and components. Key Responsibilities: Utilize microscopes and soldering tools to add or remove small components on printed circuit boards, perform soldering of wires, and conduct PCB repairs. Comply with company safety standards and control measures for electrostatic discharge (ESD). Ensure timely repairs and upgrades on customer products. Collaborate with team members to leverage available resources for effective and economical repair of units. Essential Skills and Experience: Exceptional hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Strong attention to detail to guarantee the quality and precision of soldering work. Proven experience in soldering electronic components is mandatory. Ability to effectively manage projects.
