Deze recent gerenoveerde en gemoderniseerde locatie biedt een prachtige omgeving die, ondanks het kleinschalige karakter, toch een ruime indeling heeft.De Heegt staat bekend om zijn kleinschalige benadering en is diep geworteld in de gemeenschap, waar veel dorpsbewoners zich als vrijwilligers inzetten.Op de somatische afdeling, gelegen op de eerste verdieping van dit kleine complex, wonen 12 bewoners elk in hun eigen appartement met badkamer en een keukenblokje. Deze ruime appartementen zijn ingericht met persoonlijke bezittingen om het thuisgevoel te behouden.In de grote gezamenlijke woonkamer worden regelmatig activiteiten georganiseerd en er is iedere ochtend een huiskamer-medewerker aanwezig om te begeleiden tijdens de maaltijden. De moderne open keuken met kookeiland biedt ruimte voor gezamenlijke maaltijden.Wat maakt werken op De Heegt uniek?Hier krijg je als medewerker de tijd en ruimte voor de bewoners. Naast verpleegtechnische handelingen en verzorging, is er volop gelegenheid om aandacht te besteden aan het welzijn van de 12 bewoners op de psychogeriatrische afdeling. Geen gehaast van de ene bewoner naar de andere, maar tijd om een praatje te maken en de bewoners en hun families beter te leren kennen. Dit maakt jouw werk op De Heegt niet alleen uniek, maar vooral bijzonder.Bij De Heegt zijn er zowel een PG- als een Somatiek afdeling.
