We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to be a vital part of our Genova team. In this position, you will be instrumental in forging new partnerships with Genova's most esteemed restaurants and stores, acting as a key player in our regional growth initiatives.

Your Responsibilities
As part of the Regional Sales team, you will report directly to the Sales Lead and play a crucial role in our expansion efforts in Italy, concentrating on premium partnerships and ensuring an exceptional onboarding experience for our new merchants.
Your typical day will include:
Strategic Prospecting: Identify, engage, and secure new restaurant partnerships in Genova, leveraging your expertise in the local culinary landscape and market trends.
Consultative Selling: Engage with restaurant owners through in-person visits, calls, and social media, showcasing the advantages of Deliveroo’s technology and assisting them in overcoming any challenges to joining our platform.
Onboarding Support: Facilitate a smooth transition for partners as they join our platform, ensuring they enjoy an outstanding onboarding experience.
Relationship Building: Participate in local restaurant and food events to maintain connections within the culinary community and recognize new opportunities.
Market Expertise: Utilize your industry insights to illustrate how our offerings resolve real-world challenges faced by premium partners.
