This role is essential in providing mid-level support to our Operations Engineering & Maintenance Department by implementing predictive and preventive maintenance strategies for all laboratory equipment within our pharmacy. As a Facilities Technician II, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve maintenance issues related to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air compression, and HVAC systems in our labs. You will work under general supervision, with frequent interactions with your supervisor for guidance and feedback, while also obtaining prior approval for non-routine tasks.

You will implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies for critical warehouse production equipment including HVAC systems, compressors, and forklifts. Your role will encompass diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. You will work under general supervision, collaborating closely with your supervisor for guidance and approval on non-routine tasks. You will report directly to the Director of Industrial Engineering.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Conducting maintenance activities—both corrective and preventive—on production-related equipment such as conveyors, shelving units, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.Performing building maintenance tasks, including painting, sheetrock repairs, and general improvements, as well as minor repairs to plumbing and electrical systems to maintain operational efficiency.Evaluating, troubleshooting, and maintaining plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure reliability and compliance with safety standards.
