The Opportunity
Embark on your healthcare journey as a Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant Trainee Float, also known internally as a Flex Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist Trainee, at One Medical! No prior experience in phlebotomy or medical assistance is necessary.
We are in search of enthusiastic individuals eager to make a significant difference in patient care. This dynamic role includes comprehensive training in phlebotomy (blood drawing) and various clinical procedures. This is your chance to kick-start a fulfilling career in healthcare while acquiring new skills and positively influencing patient lives.
As a Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist Trainee at one of our facilities, you will provide exceptional care and support to our patients while learning to perform venipuncture and other clinical support services. Your strong commitment to service and human connection will help eliminate barriers to care. You will be the initial point of contact for our patients, maintain the office environment, and assist the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, or providers as needed. Our Flex Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist Trainees serve multiple offices within a designated market.
You are a collaborative team player, employing innovative problem-solving skills to address various tasks and challenges, demonstrating empathy, focus, and compassion in all interactions with patients and team members.
