Join our dynamic kitchen team as a Breakfast & Brunch Chef!
Eusebi Deli Restaurant is seeking passionate chefs to enhance our breakfast and brunch offerings. The position can accommodate a 4-day week or a 5-day week based on candidate availability.

As part of our kitchen brigade of 12 talented chefs, you will play a vital role in preparing exquisite dishes for our busy service periods, ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly, safely, and hygienically.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team.
- Utilize fresh, high-quality ingredients to create exceptional food.
- Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and COSHH guidelines.
- Prepare high-quality dishes using locally sourced Scottish products and Italian artisan ingredients imported weekly.
- Contribute to the development of our weekly changing menus.
- Demonstrate extensive food knowledge with the ability to consistently present fresh dishes to a high standard.

- Well-versed in hygiene and health and safety standards.

- Qualified to NVQ Level 1/2 in food preparation and cooking or equivalent.
