Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures (30º - 70º). Minimum Qualifications Include: A High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience. American Culinary Federation chef certification is preferred. 1-3 years of experience in a commissary kitchen or high-volume food service environment.
