Position Overview: As a Reconditioning Manager at our Inspection Center, you will supervise daily operations and lead a team responsible for the vehicle reconditioning process. In this role, you will manage a group of at least five leads and up to 70 frontline associates within a lean manufacturing framework. Your focus will be on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high associate engagement while achieving quality, production, and cost targets.
