ResponsabilidadesAssistência em dispositivos de rede, incluindo Switches, Roteadores e Access Points (preferencialmente Cisco).Configuração e gestão de VLANs nas portas de switch.Patching de portas telefônicas para switches.Diagnóstico e resolução de problemas em telefones Avaya VOIP (configuração básica).Identificação de problemas em links de fibra entre switches.Substituição e solução de problemas de blades/chassis de switches.Colaboração com equipes internas, clientes e fornecedores durante incidentes técnicos.Atuação em IMACD (Instalação, Movimentação, Adição, Alteração e Descarte) de equipamentos de rede e data center.Suporte em ambientes de Data Center, incluindo servidores, armazenamento e equipamentos de rede.
