- Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion SCM, specifically within the Manufacturing Module.
- Proficient in at least four of the following modules: Purchasing, Iprocurement, Isupplier, Sourcing, Inventory, and Order Management.
- Demonstrated experience with at least one or two full-cycle implementations.
- Prior experience with clients in India is essential.
- Strong client-facing skills with hands-on problem-solving abilities and a knack for solution design.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at client locations is required.
- Excellent communication skills are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implementation and Configuration: Guide the implementation and configuration of the Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module, including the establishment of manufacturing organizations, defining parameters, and creating bills of materials (BOM), routings, work definitions, and production schedules.
2. Business Process Analysis: Work collaboratively with clients to assess their current manufacturing processes, pinpoint gaps, and propose enhancements using Oracle SCM Manufacturing capabilities.
3. System Customization: Tailor the Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module to fulfill specific business needs by creating custom reports, user interfaces, and workflows.
4. Integration: Partner with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of the Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module with other enterprise systems like ERP, PLM, and MES, facilitating seamless data flow and process synchronization.
5. Testing and Validation: Develop testing strategies, carry out system tests, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the accuracy and dependability of the deployed Oracle SCM Manufacturing solution.
6. User Training and Support: Conduct end-user training on the functionalities of the Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module, organize workshops, and prepare user documentation. Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot user issues.
7. Change Management: Assist clients in transitioning to the new system by supporting change management initiatives, communicating changes, and facilitating user adoption.
8. Best Practices and Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on the latest trends, best practices, and industry standards in Oracle SCM Manufacturing. Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements to boost overall supply chain efficiency and performance.
