Join our dynamic team as a Business Analyst – ServiceNow to enhance and support our enterprise ServiceNow implementations. This role emphasizes a robust understanding of Access & Identity Management (AIM/IAM) frameworks, Information Security processes, and the optimization of access management. Collaborating closely with engineering, DevOps, InfoSec, and various business stakeholders, you will contribute to delivering scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements pertinent to ServiceNow platforms.
- Utilize ServiceNow to streamline AIM/IAM frameworks and enhance Information Security processes.
- Support initiatives related to Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Security Operations, and IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with DevOps and cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and comply with enterprise standards.
- Participate in solution design reviews to ensure alignment with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in testing, validation, and deployment activities, ensuring the delivered solutions meet business expectations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within ServiceNow.
- Provide ongoing support, documentation, and knowledge transfer to stakeholders and operational teams.
