Join our team and help shape the future of logistics with us.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESTechnical Building OperationsEnsure functionality and control of building technology and safety systems in collaboration with various partners and colleagues.Organize, monitor, and document maintenance, repairs, and inspections of technical systems in the building.Maintain documentation on all relevant processes, inspections, and maintenance activities.Identify weaknesses and develop improvement measures regarding building technology and its utilization.Support and monitor sustainability initiatives in and around the building.Ensure maintenance of the fleet of facility management vehicles.Reporting internally and externally (e.g., for authority inquiries) regarding energy consumption, waste management, energy efficiency measures, safety & compliance checks, and fulfilling operator responsibilities.Prepare and monitor adherence to the technical budget in collaboration with the controlling department.Service Provider ManagementControl, monitor, and quality-check services as per contract.Control, monitor, and quality-check the maintenance cleaning within the building.Coordinate and verify the proper disposal and recycling of materials with our waste management partners.Organize fault rectification and repairs of all technical facilities in the building with external partner firms.Act as the primary communication interface for internal departments and external partner firms.Prepare and conduct tenders for areas including facility management, maintenance cleaning, and other external services.Invoice verification and budget monitoring in collaboration with controlling.
