Join Delaware Nation Industries (DNI) as a skilled System/Network Administrator and take on a vital role in supporting the Air Operations Center – Weapon System (AOC WS) testing and operations at CAOC-X, Joint Base Langley-Eustis. In this exciting position, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and management of systems, servers, and networks across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, servers, and networks to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide system administration and networking support during AOC WS formal test events, experiments, and other CAOC-X activities.
- Oversee and maintain the LAN, WAN, and organizational web services.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, access control lists, and communication services (such as email, chat, etc.).
- Support and administer client systems for CAOC-X personnel on NIPRNet/SIPRNet.
- Manage and maintain virtual environments that include servers, storage, and client devices.
- Create monitoring reports and logs to ensure the operational status of all external connections.
- Monitor system and network performance to guarantee user access and availability.
- Implement system backups while adhering to essential site security protocols.
- Maintain up-to-date configuration management documentation for network and system topologies.
- Apply cybersecurity measures to CAOC-X systems as per JTF-GNO and SPO directives.
- Collaborate with the 10th Intelligence Squadron (10IS) for JWICS client support.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in Windows OS Administration, or 3-5 years of relevant experience if holding a bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in Linux Administration.
- Familiarity with Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS).
- Knowledge of Host-Based Security System (HBSS).
- Experience with Cisco IOS/NX-OS.
Clearance Requirement: Active Secret (TS/SCI preferred)
