Key Responsibilities:• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of information system security program policies.• Conduct network security analysis in accordance with ICD 503, DCID 6/3 Appendix E, DITSCAP, DIACAP, JSIG, and/or NISPOM Chapter 8; provide guidance on IT certification and accreditation.• Perform risk assessments and deliver actionable recommendations to clients.• Advise government program managers on security testing methodologies and processes; assess certification documentation and present written recommendations for accreditation.• Regularly review system security to align with evolving policies and technologies; establish and maintain a formal Information Systems Security Program.

Document initial and refresher training sessions.· Ensure CROs and SVROs conduct necessary training for all personnel accessing COMSEC material.
