As a Construction Manager, you will lead the charge in ensuring a robust safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers, adhering diligently to all safety and environmental policies, procedures, and regulations. Your role in the pre-construction phase will involve site visits to determine optimal construction routes with clients, assessing risks, devising effective construction methodologies and schedules, and engaging in estimating meetings to provide insights on construction rates for various high-voltage transmission project activities. You may also oversee and support Superintendents, General Foremen, and/or Foremen to optimize scheduling of work, crews, tools, and equipment, thereby enhancing efficiency and minimizing travel time. Collaboration with Professional Engineers (PEs) and Project Managers (PMs) to update schedules will also be part of your responsibilities.
