We seek engineers who demonstrate respect, collaboration, and support for their teammates.Our team is engaged in the design and evolution of systems to enable rapid construction and reuse of Starship, as well as next-generation manufacturing software for high-throughput factories dedicated to Starlink. Our applications include platforms that manage real-time data from a vast array of always-on assets, overseeing the largest satellite constellation in the world, and public-facing systems allowing customers worldwide to connect to our Starlink network. We collaborate closely with engineers across the company to adapt our systems in response to crewed launches, Starship flights, changes to the Starlink network, and more.Aerospace experience is not necessary; we prioritize intelligent, motivated, and respectful engineers who are passionate about problem-solving and eager to contribute to an inspiring mission.
