You will take charge of our 'space simulator', facilitating rapid iterations in spacecraft design and testing.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute detailed test plans for extensive flight testing, covering thermal, thermal-vacuum, vibration, shock, radiation, atomic oxygen, and other specialized tests.Design and construct innovative testing systems tailored for the unique aspects of our spacecraft.Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure thorough and reliable testing across all phases.Preferred QualificationsMinimum of 2+ years of Test Engineering experience, with a strong focus on advanced troubleshooting and escalation management.Demonstrated experience in testing and troubleshooting spacecraft, along with establishing unique testing infrastructure and setups.Proficiency in space environmental testing methods such as TVAC, vibration, and radiation testing.Solid experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HITL) or flatsat testbeds.We encourage applicants who may not meet every qualification but have exceptional skills and experiences.
